A weighted training tool that changes the way you build explosiveness, control and technique in padel. Train anywhere. Just 15 minutes a day.
PadelBoost works on the principle of muscle adaptation to resistance. The greater the resistance during the swing, the faster you build explosiveness and technique.
Warming up matters most, whether you’re an amateur or a professional.
The handle stabilises your wrist and guides the movement along the right line.
Strengthens the shoulder and forearm joints, reducing the risk of overload.
A short, effective workout that works even for beginner players.
PadelBoost doesn’t need space. Just a few minutes a day.
Start lighter, then add a heavier one for more dynamics.
Slow swings. Feel the resistance, focus on technique.
10–15 reps. Fast, short, explosive.
5–10 full-range movements just like a real serve.
Once you put the weight down, your swing will feel noticeably faster and freer.
A warm-up before a match or training, on court or off it.
A practical tool right there during training sessions.
Even off the court — at home, in the gym, in the yard.
A fast way back to your previous level.
As a padel coach I’ve tried plenty of tools for improving the serve and swing, but PadelBoost is one of the few that delivers results almost instantly. I recommend it to every player.

As an amateur padel player I didn’t expect such a simple tool to improve my technique this much. I keep it in my bag and train with it before matches too.

Right after the first session I could feel my arm working completely differently. The weights are great for building explosiveness without overloading the shoulder.

Proper muscle activation, mobility and body readiness before a match help you play better, with more confidence and less risk of injury. That’s where PadelBoost comes in – a simple way to prepare effectively even when you don’t have time for a classic warm-up.
Yes! PadelBoost Basic (handle + ball) is ideal for beginners. BoostWeight 200 g and 400 g are added for advanced players who want to significantly increase serve speed and power.
Thanks to the screw mechanism in the handle, swapping takes only a few seconds. Just unscrew, insert the new swing object and continue training.
Yes! PadelBoost Pro is designed so you can train anywhere — at home, in the gym, in the yard, or as a warm-up before a match.
Basic includes the handle and training ball. The Pro set additionally adds two weights (200 g and 400 g) that significantly increase serve speed, power and overall performance. Built for players who want to unlock the full potential of their serve.
To start: we recommend a lighter weight (0–100 g) so you master the correct movement and technique without unnecessary strain.
When to move up: once the movement is smooth and stable, add 200 g or 400 g to increase swing dynamics and power.
Safety: heavier weights are safe even daily, but we recommend rotating weights and listening to your body, especially your shoulder and wrist.
1. Stance and setup — Feet shoulder-width apart, body sideways to the net, most of your weight on the back foot. Handle in your dominant hand, relaxed, controlled grip.
2. Starting position — The weighted ball hangs freely from the cord, arm and shoulder relaxed.
3. Backswing — The arm lifts back and up, elbow pointing upward.
4. Acceleration — A smooth forward-and-up movement, resistance supports a clean swing path.
5. Contact point — Above the head or slightly in front of it.
6. Follow-through and rotation — The arm continues forward and down, the body rotates toward the net.
7. Repetition — Improves coordination and timing, and strengthens the shoulder, arm and core.
8. Safety — Make sure you have enough space around you, since the ball moves through a wide arc.
After training with resistance, your racket feels noticeably lighter, which immediately improves swing speed and freedom. We recommend at least 10–20 light serves or shots without full power. That "light hand" feeling is a desired effect — your muscles react faster and more efficiently.
